Sorry, we don’t want your media on our site.  We have enough trouble managing all of our own media.

Cookies

Yep, we love cookies particularly ones with semi-sweet chocolate and nuts in them.  We are also partial to chewy ones with cinnamon and such sprinkled on top.   If you have a recipe for almond cookies you might be our favorite user of this site – really!  As for us sending you cookies… well, we don’t track you – at least  not intentionally.  If a vendor that has a link on this site sends you cookies for tracking.  That’s out of our hands.  Google or some other search engines are all about cookies. so, caveat emptor! 

Embedded content from other websites

Right, so, it’s no surprise that lots of websites embed stuff in their media that may be viewed or clicked upon.  They also may collect data about you and what pages you viewed.  They really need to get a life!  We don’t really care if you got to a page from the menu or through another link.  The fact that you got to where you wanted to is good enough for us.

Who we share your data with

You guessed it… we don’t.  We don’t have any of your data.  It’s particularly difficult to sell no data during this recession.  We stopped trying.

 

How long we retain your data

For the duration of your visit, there is a session variable set that uniquely identifies your session so that when you click on something you actually get to where you are going.  When you leave our sites the session variable follows your example and goes POOF and waits for the next visitor.

 

Where your data is sent

We don’t want to have any of your data, because we would have to take it out with the trash at the end of the day.  Keep your data to yourself and we won’t have to do any housekeeping.  Since we don’t get any data, we don’t send it anywhere.
